With a career spanning decades in the creative field, I've cultivated a versatile approach through work in the music industry, as well as in online start-ups, film, and editorial projects. Originally from Manila and raised in Guam, with an art education spanning Minneapolis and New York City, I draw on a blend of cultural and artistic perspectives that enrich my work.

Over the years, I've built several art departments from the ground up, hiring junior staff to senior art directors, and mentoring countless interns and junior team members to foster future talent. I've also designed and streamlined creative production processes for both large and small corporations, including streamlining and overseeing approved assets for domestic and international marketing project launches. This required coordinating with multiple assets with their own respective deadlines from the USA marketing and production teams to various overseas affiliate office personnel to ensure creative consistency, and meeting key deadlines for a cohesive global strategy. Additionally, I've managed budgets of all sizes, implementing cost-saving measures for photo shoots that became departmental standards, effectively reducing expenses and streamlining pre-production.

I have art-directed hundreds of photo shoots, collaborating with top photographers, hair and make-up artists, and production/set designers to create impactful visuals. My projects are enhanced by both in-house staff and freelance professionals, including copywriters, web designers, illustrators, motion graphic artists, logo and typography designers, and producers. To ensure our work remains fresh, I stay on top of current and emerging creative trends, infusing each project with innovative ideas.
